Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility
Exchanges are permitted in the event of a sizing concern.
Returns are accepted only if:
• The product has a genuine fabric or manufacturing defect, or
• An incorrect item has been delivered
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Approval Process
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by our Client Services team. Please do not send any items back without prior written confirmation, as unapproved returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Condition of Items-
Items approved for return or exchange must be:
• Unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags intact
